Unter IV. wird abschließend ein Blick auf die Vollstreckung einstweiliger Maßnahmen eines Schiedsgerichtes unter dem UNCITRAL version legislation dargestellt, welche erst seit dem Jahre 2006 im version legislations geregelt wird. Diese Neufassung des version legislation wird unter IV. sodann mit der Regelung des § 1041 II, III verglichen.
