Ich persönlich habe von der Droge mit 12 Jahren zum ersten Mal gehört, als ich auf einem Flohmarkt das Buch „Chrstiane F. – Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo“ gefunden und gelesen habe. Dieses Buch handelt von einem jungen Mädchen, welches über die Einstiegsdroge hashish zu Ectasy und Kokain gelangt und schließlich in die Heroinszene abrutscht. Durch das Seminar „Drogenkonsum – Erklärungsmodelle und Interventionsmöglichkeiten“ und die Recherche für das Referat habe ich Hintergrundinformationen erhalten, um meinen Horizont bzw. mein Problembewusstsein erweitern zu können.
In meiner Arbeit möchte ich versuchen, die Substanz Heroin von allen Seiten zu beleuchten. Beginnend mit der Geschichte soll der Wandel des Heroins vom Heilmittel zur Droge aufgezeigt werden. Ich erkläre zunächst, woraus es gewonnen, wie es hergestellt und konsumiert wird, dabei werde ich zwei soziologische Erklärungsansätze anwenden. In der zweiten Hälfte der Arbeit will ich mich mit der Wirkungsweise und den Folgewirkungen der Droge auseinandersetzen und diese Faktoren kritisch beleuchten. Auf Interventionsmöglichkeiten werde ich nicht eingehen, da dies den Rahmen dieser Arbeit sprengen würde, sondern lediglich über die Droge Heroin berichten.
